A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold the puppy of the buyers choice. The puppy will then be held for 5 business days pending the arrival of the deposit. If your deposit does not arrive within the 5 business day time period the puppy will not continue to be held for the buyer.
By sending the deposit you the buyer are committing to purchase the puppy listed herein. In the event that the buyer is unable to keep the agreement of the deposit money for the puppy listed herein, the seller Ashland Aussies will retain 100% of the deposit money.
A deposit cannot be changed to or applied to another puppy chosen by the buyer.
The deposit money is Non-Refundable.
The deposit terms and conditions are between Ashland Aussies referred to as the seller herein and
referred to as the buyer herein.
